Over five years ago we started up a stamping division, specialising in manufacturing aluminium radiator components with great success.

 

We have produced thousands of highly accurate radiator components with negligible reject rate. Our press shop has acquired the ISO 9001-2000 quality management mark.

 

Our production facility is growing and we are always looking for new production lines.

 

With the tool room facility, we are able to quote on making the tooling and then running the production for you so that all you have to worry about is selling it and getting it to your customers.

 

 We run a customs Bond Rebate store in our facility to ease the financial bourdon of import taxes on imported material that has not been used in the manufacture process.

 

At present We are running 4, 120 ton ‘H’ frame presses, 1, 250 ton ‘C’ frame press and 1, 100 ton ‘C’ frame press.

 

We work one shift, and are able to maintain our delivery requirements within this shift.
